Stretch And Sculpt - Workshop in Leigh

This is a full body workout to revitalise and strengthen the body and mind , as quoted by student Alex "After the class I felt like I was walking on air" as quoted by student Katya: "I was feeling tired before the class, now im full of energy"

In this class you work through isolated and assisted stretches, this class is for the complete beginner through to advanced students, Becky will tailor the to suit everyone's needs.

1.5 hour workshop

Yoga is not about touching your toes but the journey to that destination, yoga will provide you with an added bounce you on the way down.

The relaxing movement of the trampoline whilst practicing yoga gives the sensation of relaxation and descending into the postures.

No not at all, yoga is not about touching the nose to the knee it’s the journey you take to get there.

Most students will be beginners; however there is something for everyone so if you practice yoga regularly there will also be a variation.
